FEMA Crisis Counseling for Flood Victims in Umatilla County

Are you a victim of the February 2020 flood?  Umatilla County CARE Program has received the FEMA crisis counseling grant for immediate service after the flood.  They are wanting to get in contact with as many flood victims as possible to gather information from survivors and provide referrals for additional community resources as needed.
